Yes, the customer service has been excellent throughout the entire process, they reply quickly and are detailed – they understand how important it is to make sure the dolls are safe and that everything is shipped as promised. I’m a repeat customer of this site because the first doll I bought from this site was a baby doll (I still have her and she’s doing great!) .
