Yes, the site is recommended. there were some issues with the shipping of my doll, I received the doll with a scratch on the head and a small blemish on the doll, but they took care of it as enthusiastically as I thought they would. These are very expensive items and they could have just told me “too bad” but they didn’t. Additionally, I am consistently amazed by the quick response of the customer service staff. I will never buy from anyone else but them again!
