Yes, it is trustworthy. The doll is very large and plump. Package came a little broken in, but the entire was intact, whole set-up was fun and love posing her around. I definitely recommend the toy if you’d rather have more to play with. However, I would say make sure you have enough space either on a bed or a low flat surface like a ottoman or short legged table. It’s best when you can really thrust into the toy after using plenty of lubrication and see all of the toy jiggle.
